REFUND POLICY
We will happily offer exchanges or a refund if your item/s purchased are in the exact condition they were sent If there is a defect upon delivery please email us a picture with your order number.
To organise an Exchange or Refund, please email hello@safariandmesa.co.za. We will respond within 24 hours and happily assist with your exchange or refund.
EXCHANGES:
With exchanges we require you to send the item back to us, if you would like to exchange and we will cover the cost to courier the new item to you when your new item is made and ready to send.
REFUNDS:
If you would like a refund then please send your order back to us and once we have received it and checked that it has no defects then we will process your refund.

PUDO locker (APP) via courier guy
Terms & Conditions:
We use a reputable courier to deliver your order directly to your door or PUDO locker
The delivery fee is a standard flat rate and is confirmed at the final order confirmation stage.
Your order will take between 3 – 5 working days. Please note however that during Sales and Special Events delivery may take up to 7 working days. If we anticipate that delivery will take longer than this, we will contact you to let you know. All orders placed on weekends will be processed on the following Monday. Deliveries are only made to valid addresses within South Africa, on business days only (which excludes Saturdays and Sundays).
You or a person authorised to accept delivery on your behalf, must be available during normal business hours at the delivery address specified in the Order Confirmation (“Delivery Address”). Any person accepting delivery of the Products may be required to produce a form of identification.
If we are unable to deliver your order within 15 days of your receipt of an Order Confirmation, we will contact you and issue a full cash refund.
TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped by our courier company you will receive an email and sms confirmation providing full shipping details, as well as a tracking number.

If you are living abroad and travelling to Southern Africa and want a book we can arrange for it to be sent to your lodge or hotel.

Payment may be made via Visa and Mastercard
Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for (Safari & Me) via (PayGate) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3(SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Safari & Me separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za
Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South Africa Rand (ZAR)
